1. Reinstated 2. Effective July 27, 2007 Petitioner's license to practice law in Michigan was suspended, by consent, for 18 months, effective May 31, 2005. His petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124, was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #81, which concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with those court rules.
Accordingly, the hearing panel issued an order of eligibility for reinstatement with conditions on July 18,2007, including a specific condition that respondent pay bar dues before being fully reinstated to the practice of law in Michigan. On July 27,2007, respondent fulfilled that condition and on August 9, 2007, the hearing panel issued its final order of reinstatement. Total costs were assessed in the amount of $750.67.
