1. Reprimand 2. Effective July 25, 2007 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent pled no contest to the allegation that he failed to keep his client reasonably informed about the status of her case.
Respondent was charged with a violation of MRPC 1.4(a). The parties agreed that respondent should be reprimanded and costs were assessed in the amount of $781.74.
