Ronald J. Plunkett, P 31185, Ann Arbor, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Washtenaw County Hearing Panel #6.

1. Revocation 2. Effective August 9, 2007' Respondent appeared at the hearing in response to the Order to Show Cause issued by the Attorney Discipline Board. Based on respondent's convictions for delivery of a controlled

substance, a felony, in violation of MCl 333.74012A4; and maintaining a drug house, a misdemeanor, in violation fo MCl 333.7405(0), the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license

to practice law be revoked, retroactive to August 9, 2007, the date of respondent's suspension from the practice of law in Michigan in Grievance Administrator v Ronald J. Plunkett, Case No. 07-32-GA. Respondent's conduct was in violation of MCR 9.104(A){5); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4(b).

The panel also ordered that respondent shall be subject to conditions relevant to the admitted misconduct and assessed costs in the amount of $2,196.69.
