Effective July 18, 2007 Respondent was found to have committed professional misconduct, based on his misdemeanor conviction by nolo contendere plea of the offense of indecent exposure in violation of MCl 750.335A in the 75 th District Court. The hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 60 days and that he be subject to conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $2,167.63.
