1. Revocation 2. Effective July 13, 2007 1 Based upon an order of revocation entered by the Supreme Court of Georgia on July 13, 2007, the Attorney Discipline Board assigned this matter to a hearing panel and ordered respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered in accordance with MCR 9.104.
Respondent did not appear at the show cause hearing and the panel, after determining that respondent had been afforded due process in the underlying proceeding, ordered that respondent's license to practice in Michigan be revoked, retroactive to July 13, 2007, the date of respondent's disbarment in Georgia. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,617.66.
