Reprimand Effective June 15, 2007
The hearing panel found that respondent knowingly made a false statement of material fact in connection with a disciplinary matter and engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, and misrepresentation where such conduct reflects adversely on the lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer.
Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.104(A)(I)-(4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.l(a)(l); and 8.4(a)-(c). The panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and that he comply with specific conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,926.66. 9John F. w an B t
