NOTICE OF REPRIMAND AND RESTITUTION WITH CONDITION

1. Reprimand 2. Effective June 14, 2007 Based on respondent's admission, the hearing panel found that he had failed to deposit a $200 filing fee into a segregated account, in violation of Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1 5(d) [formerly MRPC 1.15 (a)]; 1.1 5(g); and 8.4(a).
The panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and comply with a condition relevant to the established misconduct. The panel also ordered that respondent pay restitution in the amount of $200.00, along with costs in the amount of $2,281.21.
