NOTICE OF PROBATION WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent) Case No. 07-20-JC Notice Issued: June 11,2007 A. Lawrence Russell, P 19776, Clarkston, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri- County Hearing Panel #69.

1. Probation - 2 Years 2. Effective June 8, 2007 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.1 15(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent admitted that he was convicted by guilty plea to a misdemeanor charge of operating while impaired by liquor on July 1,2004 in People v A. Lawrence Russell, Case No. 04-16 62 and placed on probation; that, as a result of alleged non- compliance with the terms of probation in the previous matter, an amended order of probation was issued; that, as a result of his impaired driving charge, he was placed on contractual probation; that he was convicted by guilty plea to a misdemeanor charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence on February 27,2006 in People v A. Lawrence Russell, Case No. 05-5776 and was placed on probation and ordered to undergo the Sobriety Court program; and that respondent's contractual probation was terminated March 13, 2006.

Respondent was charged with a violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5). The parties stipulated to the entry of an order placing respondent on probation for two years with conditions relevant to the admitted misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $764.66.
