1. Suspension - 30 Months 2. Effective May 3,2007 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent admitted that he was convicted September 19, 2006 in the 4 th Judicial Circuit Court for criminal sexual conduct - 4 th degree (force or coercion), a misdemeanor, in violation of MCl 750.520E1A.
Respondent's conduct was in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5). Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 30 months, retroactive to May 3, 2007. Costs were assessed in the amount of $880.62.
