Travis W. Ballard, P 32805, Adrian, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Washtenaw County Hearing Panel #4. 1. Suspension - 2 Years 2. Effective May 23, 2007 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MeR 9.115(F)(5) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance

Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent agreed that he was convicted of firearms possession by a felon, in violation of MCl 750.224(F), and possession of cocaine, less than 25 grams, a felony, in violation of MCl 333.7403(2)(a)(5), on May 23,2007 in the 39 th Judicial Circuit Court.

Respondent's conduct was in violation of MeR 9.1 04(A)(5). Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for two years, retroactive to May 23, 2007, and that respondent be subject to a condition. Costs were assessed in the amount of $766.14.
