Effective May 22, 2007 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.1 15(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent admitted that on May 24,2005, he was convicted of operating a motor vehicle while impaired, second, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCL 257.625(1)(A). Respondent also admitted that on November 5, 2004, he was convicted of disorderly conduct and operating while intoxicated, misdemeanors, in violation fo MCL 750.81d(l) and MCL 257.625(1 )(A). Respondent was charged with a violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5). The parties stipulated to the entry of an order placing respondent on probation for two years with conditions relevant to the admitted misconduct. Costs were - assessed in the amount of $778.
