Effective June 21, 2007 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.1 15(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent pled no contest to the fact that she was convicted in the 71A District Court for impaired driving; convicted in the 68'h District Court for possession of open intoxicants; convicted in the 72ndD istrict Court for resisting and obstructing; convicted in the 52-2 District Court for OUIL, 2nd;c onvicted in the 41-A3 District Court for impaired driving; convicted in the 41A District Court for domestic violence, a misdemeanor; and convicted in the 41A District Court for assaulting and obstructing a police officer and domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Respondent was charged with violations of MCR 9.104(A)(5). The parties stipulated to the entry of an order placing respondent on probation for two years with conditions relevant to the alleged misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $903.31.
