1. Probation - 2 Years 2. Effective April 17, 2007 Respondent was convicted in the 76thD istrict Court for disorderly conduct/intoxicated which is a misdemeanor violation under Mt. Pleasant City Ordinance 131. O1 (E). Respondent's conduct was in violation of MCR 9.10 4(A)(5).
Based on that conviction and in accordance with MCR 9.10 6(4), the hearing panel ordered that respondent be placed on probation for two years and ordered specific conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $2,317.02.
