Effective May 8, 2007 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline containing respondent's plea of no contest to the allegations that he knowingly failed to respond to the lawful demand for information from a disciplinary authority and failed to answer a request for investigation. Respondent was charged with violations of MCR 9.10 4(A)(4) and (7); MCR 9.1 13(A) and (B)(3); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8. I( a)(2); and 8.4(a). In accordance with the stipulation approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission, the panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,287.00.
