1. Reinstated 2. Effective April 17, 2007 Petitioner's license to practice law in Michigan was revoked, effective November 22, 2000. His petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MeR 9.124, was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #2. which concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his
eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with those court rules.
On May 10, 2005, the hearing panel issued an order of eligibility for reinstatement with a specific condition. Petitioner's reinstatement to the practice of law in Michigan is deemed to be effective December 20,2006, the date of his compliance with that condition.
