NOTICE OF INTERIM REINSTATEMENT Case No. 07-35-RP Notice Issued: April 30,2007

Jeffrey A. Dulany, P 26768, Monroe, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri- County Hearing Panel #20. I. Reinstated 2. Effective April 16, 2007 Petitioner's license to practice law in Michigan was suspended for 180 days, effective October 28,2006. His petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124, was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #20, which concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with those court rules. After announcing on the record that respondent's petition would be granted, the panel further stated that there was no compelling reason why its decision should not be given immediate effect. Accordingly, the hearing panel issued an interim order of reinstatement on April 16, 2007, reinstating petitioner to the practice of law in Michigan effective that date. Upon receipt of the transcript of the hearing, the panel will file its report and order.
