WILLIAM J. DANHOF WWW.ADBMICH.ORG ANDREA L. SOLAK AMENDED NOTICE OF SUSPENSION* Case No. 06-121-GA Notice Issued: March 7, 2007 Terry Darden, P 44115, Detroit, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tn-County Hearing Panel #28

1. 2.

Suspension - 3 Years Effective February 24, 2007

Respondent was found to be in default for failing to file an answer to the formal complaint. He also failed to appear at the hearing. Based on his default, the panel found that respondent, while suspended for non-payment of bar dues, practiced law; engaged in the unauthorized practice of law; engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the proper administration of justice; engaged in conduct that exposes the legal profession or the courts to obloquy, contempt, censure or reproach; and engaged in conduct that is contrary to justice, ethics, honesty, or good morals.

Respondents conduct was in violation of MCR 9.104(A)(1)-(4); MCR 9.119(E); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 5.5(a); and 8.4(a) and (c). The panel ordered that respondents license to practice in Michigan be suspended for three years and costs were assessed in the amount of $1,705.64.
