NOTICE OF SUSPENSION (Pending Appeal)

Case No. 05-155-GA Notice Issued: December 8, 2006 Christopher G.L. Titus, P 63271, Marlette, Michigan by the Attorney Discipline Board St. Clair County Hearing Panel #1.

1. Suspension - 2 Years 2. Effective January 22, 2007 In his answer, respondent admitted all of the allegations contained in the formal complaint. Based on his admissions, the hearing panel found that respondent commingled client or third party funds; misappropriated client or third party funds; and knowingly made a false statement in connection with a disciplinary matter. Respondent=s conduct was in violation of MCR 9.104(A)(1)-(4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.15(b)(3); 1.15(d); 8.1(a)(1); and 8.4(a)-(c). The panel ordered that respondent=s license to practice in Michigan be suspended for two years. The parties filed a stipulation to modify the effective date of the suspension from December 8, 2006 to January 22, 2007, which was granted.

On December 4, 2006, the Grievance Administrator filed a timely petition for review, which will be scheduled for a hearing before the Board.
