Randall P. Whately, P 32012, Plymouth, Michigan. Effective January 3, 2007. On January 3, 2007, respondent pled no contest to possession of less than 25 grams of cocaine, a felony, in the Oakland County Circuit Court. Respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on the date of that felony conviction.
Upon the filing of a judgment of conviction, this matter will be assigned to a hearing panel for further proceedings. The interim suspension will remain in effect until the effective date of an order filed by a hearing panel.
