1. Revocation 2. Effective January 4, 2007. Based on respondent's plea of guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud and conspiracy to commit social security fraud, in violation of 18 USC ยง371, the hearing panel found that respondent committed professional misconduct in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5).

The panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be revoked, retroactive to the date of his felony conviction. The panel also ordered respondent to pay restitution in the amount of $88,000.00, and costs in the amount of $1,958.36.
