Charles M. Zwick, P 33762, Grand Ledge, Michigan. Effective January 4, 2007. Respondent=s plea of guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud and conspiracy to commit social security fraud, in violation of 18 USC _371, was accepted in the United States District Court, Western District of Michigan, Southern Division, on January 4, 2007. Based upon the acceptance of his guilty plea, and in accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on that date.
Upon the filing of a judgment of conviction, this matter will be assigned to a hearing panel for further proceedings. The interim suspension will remain in effect until the effective date of an order filed by a hearing panel.
