Effective November 13, 2006 On November 13, 2006, respondent was convicted of embezzlement-agent or trustee $20,000 or more, a felony, in violation of MCL 750.1745A in the 32ndJ udicial Circuit Court. In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(I), respondent's license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on the date of his felony conviction. A judgment of conviction has been filed and the interim suspension will remain in effect until the effective date of an order filed by a hearing panel.
