Effective November 17, 2006 Based upon respondent's two misdemeanor convictions (operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, in violation of MCL 267.6251A; and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, 2 nd offense, in violation of MCL 267.6256B1), the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and be subject to conditions relative to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $2,166.45.
