1. Reprimand 2. Effective November 4, 2006 The parties filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline, pursuant to MCR 9.115(F)(5), which contained respondent=s plea of no contest to the allegations that he prepared legal documents which he had his client execute, at a time when the client was under full guardianship in probate court and not competent. Respondent was charged with violations of MCR 9.104(A)(1) and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 3.4(c) and 8.4(c).
The parties agreed that respondent should be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $766.20.
