Suspension - 90 Days

Effective October 4, 2006

The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent admitted that she pleaded guilty to attempt to aid and abet improper entry by alien, in violation of 8 USC 1235(A)(3) and 18 USC 2, a misdemeanor, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

The parties agreed that respondent should be suspended for 90 days, effective October 4, 2006. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,076.62.
