1. Reprimand 2. Effective November 3, 2006 The hearing panel found that respondent engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice, in violation of MCR 9.104(A)(1) and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4(c).
The parties filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline, pursuant to MCR 9.115(F)(5), which contained the parties agreement that a reprimand be imposed, based on the panel=s finding of misconduct. The hearing panel accepted the stipulation and ordered that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,541.72.
