Ralph E. Musilli, P 18132, St. Clair Shores, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #102.
1. Suspension - 30 Days (with credit given for 6 days) 2. Effective October 13, 2009 Based on respondent's conviction, the hearing panel found that he was convicted ofcriminal contempt of court, in violation of MCl 600.1701, et. seq. Respondent's conduct was also in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5).
The hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 30 days, with credit given for six days for time served in the Oakland County jail. Petitioner filed a petition for review, which will be scheduled for a hearing before the Attorney Discipline Board.
