1. Reprimand 2. Effective September 22, 2006 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), based upon respondent=s admission that he was convicted of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, in violation of MCL 257.6251.
The parties agreed that respondent should be reprimanded and be subject to conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $794.12.
