On November 18, 2005, Tri-County Hearing Panel #81, based upon respondent=s failure to personally appear at a pre-trial hearing, issued an order of interim suspension pursuant to 9.115(H). On August 14, 2006, the Grievance Administrator filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal, which was granted by the Attorney Discipline Board on September 21, 2006. The notice of interim suspension, issued November 21, 2005, is hereby vacated, effective September 21, 2006. 1
