1. Probation - 18 Months 2. Effective July 25, 2006 Respondent was convicted of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, in the 65B District Court. Respondent=s conduct was in violation of MCL 256.6251-A and MCR 9.104(5).
Based on that conviction and in accordance with MCR 9.106(4), the hearing panel ordered that respondent be placed on probation for 18 months and be subject to conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $2,019.94.
