1. Reinstated 2. Effective July 5, 2006 Petitioner=s license to practice law in Michigan was suspended for 180 days, effective February 16, 1999, and for one year, effective July 10, 2001. Her petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124, was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #75, which concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established her eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with those court rules. On October 13, 2004, the hearing panel entered an order of eligibility for reinstatement subject to specific conditions.
As of July 5, 2006, petitioner had complied with all of those conditions and her reinstatement is deemed to be effective that date.
