FINAL NOTICE OF SUSPENSION WITH CONDITIONS Case No. 00-163-GA Notice Issued: April 21, 2008 David H. Trombley, P 29161, Farmington Hills, Michigan by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #53.

1. Suspension - 3 Years 2. Effective May 24, 2006 The hearing panel found that respondent, in a divorce matter, knowingly and intentionally perpetrated a fraud upon the court; and assisted his client in conduct that he knew was illegal or fraudulent. Respondent's conduct was in violation of Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.2(a); and 1.8(e) and 0). The panel ordered that respondent's license to practice in Michigan be suspended for three years with conditions relevant to the established misconduct.

On May 10, 2006, the respondent filed a timely petition for review along with a request for a stay of discipline. The Board denied respondent's petition for a stay of discipline and his subsequent motion for reconsideration. On November 16, 2006, upon review, the Board affirmed the hearing panel's order ofa three year suspension. Respondent filed a motion for reconsideration which was denied by the Board on January 4,2007.

Respondent filed an application for leave to appeal with the Michigan Supreme Court which was denied on May 30, 2007. Respondent's subsequent motion for reconsideration was also denied by the Supreme Court on September 10, 2007. Total costs were assessed in the amount of $3,980.84.
