1. Reprimand 2. Effective April 7, 2009 Based on respondent's conviction, by a guilty plea, of one count of making a contribution to a political campaign in the name of another, a misdemeanor, in violation of federal campaign finance laws, 2 USC ยง 441f and 473g(d), the hearing panel found that respondent committed professional misconduct in violation of Michigan Rule of Professional Conduct 8.4.
The panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and assessed costs in the amount of $1,894.75.
