NOTICE OF REVOCATION Case No. 06-21-MZ (Ref. 05-89-MZ; 04-154-GA)

Notice Issued: June 22, 2006 Eugene Ostrowe, P 24307, Walled Lake, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #56.

1. Revocation 2. Effective June 17, 2006 1 On February 15, 2006, the Grievance Administrator filed a petition for an order to show cause why additional discipline should not be imposed due to respondent's repeated failure to comply with two previous orders of discipline. Respondent was suspended for 180 days, effective April 1, 2005, in Case No. 04-154-GA; and for an additional 180 days, effective September 28, 2005 , in Case No. 05-89-MZ, which is currently pending appeal before the Attorney Discipline Board.

The respondent did not file any responsive pleadings but he did appear at the show cause hearing held on May 5, 2006. Based upon the evidence submitted by the Grievance Administrator, and respondent=s admissions, the panel concluded that respondent had not shown cause why additional discipline should not be imposed. Specifically, the panel found that respondent, while suspended, continued to practice law; appeared before a court; held himself out as an attorney; and failed to file aa notice of his disqualification from the practice of law with the Wayne County Probate Court.

The hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law be revoked and assessed costs in the amount of $1,686.89.

1 Respondent has been continuously suspended from the practice of law since April 1, 2005. See Notice of Suspension, issued April 1, 2005.
