NOTICE OF PROBATION WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)

1. Probation - 2 Years 2. Effective July 6, 2006 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent admitted the factual allegations contained in Formal Complaint 06-118-JC, specifically, that respondent was convicted of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, in violation of MCL 257.6251A, and was placed on probation, which respondent violated three times. Additionally, respondent was convicted for violation of restricted license, in violation of MCL 257.312.
Respondent was charged with a violation of MCR 9.104(A)(5). The parties stipulated to the entry of an order placing respondent on probation for two years with a condition relevant to the alleged misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $765.36.
