1. Reinstated 2. Effective July 19, 2006 Petitioner=s license to practice law in Michigan was suspended for three years effective November 16, 1996. His petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124, was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #106, which concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with those court rules.
On August 19, 2005, the hearing panel issued an order of eligibility for reinstatement with specific conditions. The parties submitted a stipulation to amend one of the conditions and, on July 19, 2006, the panel issued an order granting the parties= stipulation. Petitioner has provided proof of compliance with the remaining conditions and his reinstatement to the practice of law in Michigan is deemed to be effective July 19, 2006, the date of the panel=s order modifying the order of eligibility for reinstatement.
