NOTICE OF SUSPENSION AND RESTITUTION Case No. 05-126-GA Notice Issued: June 26, 2006 Andrew K. Wilkins, P 56559, East Lansing, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board lngham County Hearing Panel #5.

1. Suspension - 179 Days 2. Effective June 24, 2006 Respondent did not file an answer to the formal complaint butdid appear at the hearing and the hearing panel subsequently granted respondents oral motion to set aside the default. The hearing panel found that respondent neglected a legal matter; failed to refund the unearned portion of two fees; and failed to respond to two requests for investigation served upon him bytheGrievance Administrator. Respondents conductwas in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(1 )-(4) and (7); MCR 9.113(A) and (B)(2); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1(c); 1.16(d); 8.1(a)(2); and 8.4(a) and (c).

The panel ordered that respondent be suspended for 179 days, effective June 24, 2006. The panel also ordered that respondent pay restitution in the amount of $150.00. Costs were assessed in the amount of $2,330.89.
