1. Reinstated 2. Effective June 22, 2006 Petitioner=s license to practice law in Michigan was suspended for 180 days, effective February 28, 2005. His petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124, was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #79, which concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with those court rules.
On June 16, 2006, the hearing panel entered an order of eligibility for reinstatement subject to a specific condition. On June 22, 2006, proof of compliance with the condition in the panel=s order was provided and his reinstatement to the practice of law in Michigan is deemed to be effective that date.
