1. Reinstated 2. Effective May 15, 2006 Petitioner=s license to practice law in Michigan was transferred to inactive status under MCR 9.121(B) for an indefinite period, effective July 20, 2004. His petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.121(E), was granted by the Attorney Discipline Board.
On April 21, 2006, the Board entered an order granting petition for reinstatement to active status subject to petitioner=s fulfillment of the requirements for active membership in the State Bar of Michigan and payment of costs incurred by the Attorney Discipline Board and the Attorney Grievance Commission in the aggregate amount of $543.30.
As of May 15, 2006, petitioner had complied with both of these conditions and his reinstatement to the practice of law in Michigan is deemed to be effective that date.
