1. Reprimand 2. Effective April 29, 2006 At the public hearing, respondent entered a plea of nolo contendere to the allegations that he neglected a divorce matter; engaged in conduct contrary to justice, ethics, honesty, or good morals, engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice; and violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct.
Respondent=s conduct was in violation of MCR 9.104(A)(4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1(c); and 8.4(a).
The hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and be subject to conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,710.16.
