Effective April 20, 2006 Based on respondent=s misdemeanor conviction of a municipal ordinance prohibiting trespass, the hearing panel found that respondent engaged in conduct which was a violation of the criminal law reflecting adversely on his fitness as a lawyer, in violation of Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4(b).
The hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded, and imposed a condition relevant to the established misconduct.
Respondent filed a timely petition for review and the Attorney Discipline Board affirmed the hearing panel=s order of reprimand. Costs were assessed in the amount of $2,166.68.
