Revocation. Effective January 18, 2006.

Based upon respondent's failure to appear at the hearing and failure to answer the formal complaint, the hearing panel found that the allegations in Formal Complaint 01-83-GA were established by default, specifically: That respondent continued to practice law while suspended; and failed to file an answer to a request for investigation served upon him by the Grievance Administrator. Respondent=s conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4) and (9); MCR 9.119(A),(B), (E)(1)-(3), and (F); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.4; and 8.4(a)- (c). The panel ordered that respondent=s license be revoked and run consecutively with respondent's current revocation which was effective January 18, 2001. Costs were assessed in the amount of $187.71.
