ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT

On February 27, 2020, Tri-County Hearing Panel #108 entered an Order of Suspension With Conditions in this matter suspending respondent from the practice of law in Michigan for 90 days, effective March 19, 2020. The parties filed a stipulation to modify the effective date of the order of suspension from March 19, 2020, to March 30, 2020, and an order was entered modifying the effective date on March 30, 2020.
On June 26, 2020, respondent, Patricia Kefalas Dudek, submitted an affidavit pursuant to MCR 9.123(A), stating that she has fully complied with all requirements of the Order of Suspension With Conditions. On June 27, 2020, the Board was advised that the Grievance Administrator had no objection to the affidavit; and the Board being otherwise advised;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that respondent, Patricia Kefalas Dudek, P 46408, is REINSTATED to the practice of law in Michigan effective June 30, 2020.
