The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent admitted that she was convicted for driving while license suspended and for violating the terms of her criminal probation for a conviction for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
Respondent was charged with violations of MCR 9.104(A)(1)-(5) and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 3.4(c) and 8.4(a)-(c). The parties stipulated to the entry of an order placing respondent on probation for two years with a condition relevant to the alleged misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $765.33.
