1. Reprimand 2. Effective February 4, 2006 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), containing respondent=s plea of no contest to the allegations that he failed to promptly notify a third person that he had received funds in which the third person had an interest; and failed to promptly deliver to the third person funds that they were entitled to receive. Respondent was charged with violations of MCR 9.104(A)(1)-(3); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.15(b) and 8.4(c).
The parties agreed that respondent should be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $802.64.
