1. Suspension - 30 Months 2. Effective September 29,2005 1 Based on respondent's felony conviction of conspiracy to defraud the United States, in violation of 18 USC 371, and his felony conviction of attempted uttering and publishing, in violation of MCl 750.249(A), the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for thirty months, retroactive to September 29, 2005, the date of his first conviction. Costs were assessed in the amount of $2,266.55.

1 Respondent has been continuously suspended from the practice of law in Michigan since September 29, 2005. Please see Notice of Automatic Interim Suspension issued October 27, 2005.
