1. Reprimand 2. Effective December 22, 2005 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), containing respondent=s plea of no contest to the allegation that respondent failed to treat all persons involved in the legal process with courtesy and respect by engaging in a physical and verbal confrontation with opposing counsel. Respondent was charged with a violation of Michigan Rule of Professional Conduct 6.5(a).
The parties agreed that respondent should be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,405.08.
