NOTICE OF AUTOMATIC INTERIM SUSPENSION Case No. 04-121-AI Notice Issued: October 27, 2005

Roger S. Canzano, P 11586, Auburn Hills, Michigan. Effective September 29, 2005 On September 29, 2005, respondent was convicted, by plea, of conspiracy to defraud the United States, in violation of 18 USC 371, a felony. In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on the date of that felony conviction.

Upon the filing of a judgment of conviction, this matter will be assigned to a hearing panel for further proceedings. The interim suspension will remain in effect until the effective date of an order filed by a hearing panel.
