Interim Suspension Effective November 18, 2005
The respondent, citing physical incapacity, filed a motion to appear via telephone at a pretrial hearing scheduled for November 18, 2005. The hearing panel denied respondent=s motion and respondent subsequently failed to appear at the pre-trial hearing.
Pursuant to MCR 9.115(H), the panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law be suspended on an interim basis and until further order of the hearing panel.
