Effective October 26, 2005 Petitioner was suspended from the practice of law for six months (effective March 26, 2004) and for one year (effective April 26, 2004), both to run concurrently. His petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124, was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #107, which concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with those court rules. On October 24, 2005, the panel issued its order of eligibility for reinstatement, conditioned upon petitioner=s active membership in the State Bar of Michigan.
On November 2, 2005, the Attorney Discipline Board issued an order of reinstatement, with an effective date of October 26, 2005, the date petitioner paid his bar dues. Total costs were assessed in the amount of $910.28.
